The 'Krabi' Project (Denaro/Randell 2019-2021)

'The Krabi Project’ is a series of mesmerizing video installations which explore anxiety, Jungian notions of the shadow and our collective fear of the unknown. This project is a creative research collaboration between visual storyteller Merri Randell and animator Chris Denaro. Both practitioners have exhibited and screened their work locally, nationally and internationally.

Research outcomes from this project were exhibited at the Logan Art Gallery (Dec 2020–Jan 2021) and presented at the 2019 Blender conference (Amsterdam.) This project is supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
