I saw this beautiful creature lying dead on a sharp bend on the road to Randalls Bay. Last month I listened to 'Limberlost' (Arnott, 2022) and when I saw those amazing spots they burned into my soul the way they did for him. I had to pull over and run back to check her pouch and get her off the road. Her delicate little feet and face were so heartbreaking. We buried her at Randalls Bay so she has a beautiful view not too far from where she lived. I hope to make her breathe again.
